Norma Shino Irving Donlon - ONV 2025

Norma Shinno Irving Donlon is a remarkable woman whose life is highlighted by resilience, dedication, and service. Born during World War II in the Camp Jerome War Relocation Center, she faced many challenges. Throughout her life, Norma has been deeply involved in supporting military families.

Her long list of recognitions include the Department of the Army Outstanding Civilian Service Medal, only the seventh woman to receive honorary membership from the National Special Forces Association, and in June she will receive the prestigious National Daughters of the American Revolution Medal of Honor Award.
